Regarding road safety alone, more than a quarter of road accidents today are linked to the use of psychoactive substances, a finding that led us to create a unit dedicated to this subject.

One Test
Targeted at cannabis (THC), the most frequently consumed psychoactive substance in the workplace, with a fine detection threshold of 15 ng/ml allowing for the identification of recent consumption.
Multi-Drug
Simultaneous analysis of six families of substances (cannabis, cocaine, opiates, amphetamines, methamphetamines, synthetic cannabis), with two threshold levels depending on whether your protocol aims for a classic prevention approach or stricter control.
Easy Test Plus
An exclusive on the French market: from a single saliva sample, this test simultaneously covers the six families of drugs and alcohol, with a reactive buffer signaling a positivity from 0.2 mg/ml of saliva.
Chemical breathalyzers
The only device that allows reading both regulatory thresholds simultaneously (0.2 g/l for novice drivers, 0.5 g/l for all users).
All our saliva tests are for single use only, comply with the legal requirements of the Council of State, and feature a reverse display guaranteeing the confidentiality of the reading by the operator—a negative result is obtained in less than 2 minutes. To prevent any disputes, our methodology relies on the systematic use of two separate physical tests.
The legal framework for disputes
In the event of a dispute regarding a positive result, the employer is required to offer a second medical opinion: an immediate saliva sample, sent to a COFRAC-accredited laboratory, the only body authorized to produce a legally binding report. We provide a complete second medical opinion kit, delivered to our partner laboratory. You will receive an official report electronically on the day of receipt by the laboratory, allowing you to initiate disciplinary proceedings with full legal certainty.
Risk coverage that goes beyond addictions
Since the creation of our Health Hub in 2019, your QWL (Quality of Work Life) and risk prevention roadmap is no longer limited to addictive behaviors. We also work on:
- Road hazard — a dedicated Occupational Road Risk training course (3.5 hours in person or 2 hours remotely, Qualiopi certified), created in response to the observation that more than a quarter of road accidents are linked to the use of psychoactive substances
