Our workshop Cultivate serenity at work gives employees the tools to improve communication, practice active listening and manage stressful situations through mindfulness.
Detailed content of the workshop for the mental well-being of teams:
1. Reflect collectively on communication at work
Identify practices that strengthen collaboration and identify those that can create tensions.
2. Adopt positive communication
Learn to use constructive language that strengthens professional relationships and avoids conflict.
Practical exercise:
Transform negative formulations into positive alternatives.
3. Develop active listening
Integrate the key principles: attention, silence and empathy.
Scenario:
Role-playing games and simulations to practice active listening, both in verbal and non-verbal communication.
4. Learn mindfulness at work
Discover the benefits of mindfulness on concentration and emotion management.
Guided session:
Mindfulness practice to learn how to refocus and calm the mind in the face of stressful situations.
