  • Clarify responsibilities and limits: Framing the role of the manager in mental health matters, by differentiating their support mission from that of health professionals.
  • Explore the levels and principles of prevention: Distinguish between primary prevention (acting on the causes), secondary (detecting early) and tertiary (limiting the impacts of a disorder already present).
  • Help resources: Discover the systems available to support employees.
  • Test your knowledge and deconstruct preconceived ideas : Interactive quiz to identify stereotypes.
  • Assessment and validation of acquired skills: Verification of acquired skills to ensure that training objectives are achieved.
