  • Identify risk factors and consequences: Explore the sources of mental suffering and their impacts on performance.
  • Spot the signs of discomfort: Learn to recognize the warning signs of psychological distress in a colleague.
  • Developing active listening: Acquire the techniques of sympathetic listening to create a climate of trust (full-day program).
  • Know how to get in touch: Learn how to engage in an exchange in an appropriate and secure manner
  • Help resources: Discover the systems available to support employees.
  • Assessment and validation of acquired skills: Verification of acquired skills to ensure that training objectives are achieved.
