Mental well-being at work workshop

Freeing the floor on psychosocial risks (RPS) to better prevent them

Workshop Mental well-being at work

In 2023, 44 % women and 32% men reported having a average or poor mental health, for reasons primarily linked to their professional life*. Ultimately, this poor mental health has physical, psychological and social impacts on employees. These psychosocial risks (RPS) can however be warned if they are spotted in time.
