1. Understanding psychosocial risks and their consequences

2. Identify individual vulnerability factors
Analysis of personal elements that can promote the appearance of RPS and levers of action to better protect oneself on a daily basis.
3. Discovery of psychosocial skills (CPS)
Presentation of CPS (cognitive, emotional and social skills) and their role in preventing RPS and maintaining psychological balance at work.
4. Deepen the tools to strengthen mental well-being
Exploration of practical techniques: stress management, compassionate communication, emotional regulation and professional relationship management.
