Audit of your internal regulations
We verify the compliance of your internal procedures with the legal requirements of the Council of State: identification of "highly sensitive" positions, formal registration of your screening protocol, and structuring of the flowchart (scale of sanctions, counter-expertise procedure). Two options are available: a simple audit with feedback via video conference, or in-depth support with written recommendations for rewriting projects. We can also work with your Works Council and Executive Committee to foster buy-in for the project.
Raising awareness among your employees
A one-hour session for a group of about twenty employees provides an understanding of addiction, regulations and procedures, and various definitions of psychoactive substances. You have the option of integrating an anonymous drug testing campaign into your awareness sessions to create a mapping tool. This mapping provides a snapshot of potential substance use within your organization at a given time. We recommend two to three campaigns per year to monitor the progress of your prevention policy. The collected attendance sheets have real legal weight: they must be included in your Single Risk Assessment Document (DUERP), because in the event of an incident, the inspectorate can verify that the company fulfilled its obligation to raise awareness among the employee concerned.
Training for your managers
This 3.5-hour session, Qualiopi certified and eligible for funding, equips your supervisors with the tools for a smooth and effective testing process: legal framework, definitions, joint review of your internal regulations, and practical exercises on managing a positive case. A certificate of competence is awarded upon completion—a document that may be requested in the event of a dispute, as the employee has the right to demand proof of the technical qualifications of the operator who performed the test.
Outsourced screening service
Although trained, our clients may prefer not to conduct screening tests internally: the task represents a significant social burden for a manager required to test close colleagues. Our specialized team operates throughout France as a trusted third party, meticulously following your internal protocol, including at sensitive, access-controlled sites.
A regulatory framework that we follow for you
The legal framework for workplace drug testing (French Council of State, Administrative Court of Appeal case law) is constantly evolving, as are the upcoming obligations under Article L. 3318-1 concerning driver testing. Our teams monitor these developments to help you adjust your protocols before an inspection or legal dispute reveals a compliance issue.
