  • Interactive quiz: assessment of initial knowledge and discussion of responses
  • Understanding the challenges of risk prevention: Explain the importance of prevention and the potential impacts of risks linked to psychoactive substances in the workplace
  • Regulations and consequences: Study the legal framework (Labor Code, company internal regulations, DUERP) and the legal and professional consequences for employees and the company.
  • Reading the tests: Introduce the different tests and how to use them correctly and interpret the results
  • Workshop: Perform and interpret a saliva test in compliance with the regulatory framework
  • Prevention protocols: How to implement an addiction risk prevention policy, both reactive and proactive, within the company.
  • Crisis management: What to do in the event of a positive test result, management of consequences and appropriate support measures for the employee and the team.
