- Regulations and consequences: Study the legal framework (Labor Code, company internal regulations, DUERP) and the legal and professional consequences for employees and the company.
- Reading the tests: Introduce the different tests and how to use them correctly and interpret the results
- Workshop: Perform and interpret a saliva test in compliance with the regulatory framework
- Prevention protocols: How to implement an addiction risk prevention policy, both reactive and proactive, within the company.
- Crisis management: What to do in the event of a positive test result, management of consequences and appropriate support measures for the employee and the team.
