Responsible prevention, including in our own practices
Our business is to help companies and individuals better prevent health and safety risks. It seemed logical to apply this same requirement to our own operations: Medisur bases its growth on a socially responsible approach, encompassing social, environmental, and ethical aspects.

A prevention policy that starts internally.
We apply to our own teams the principles we recommend to our clients: awareness of addictive behaviors, attention to quality of life at work, open dialogue on sensitive health issues.
A social role assumed on subjects that are still taboo.
By intervening in addiction prevention, mental health, or helping to screen for certain cancers (self-examination pad, prostate test…), we contribute to normalizing health issues that are still too often kept silent in the professional sphere as well as in the private sphere.
Accessible professional training.
Our training courses, which are eligible for funding schemes, contribute to the upskilling of HR, HSE and QSE teams on complex regulatory topics, without cost being a barrier to prevention.
Our environmental commitment
We must remain vigilant regarding our systems. We pay particular attention to the choice of our suppliers and the composition of our screening devices, with a view to continuously improving their environmental impact.
Responsible logistics. Our shipping processes, including same-day delivery to our partner pharmacies, are designed to limit disruptions and optimize routes, thereby reducing emissions related to the transport of our products.

Prevention without stigmatization.
Whether working with businesses, pharmacies, or individuals, we promote a preventative approach based on support, not punishment or judgment. A test result is information, never a hasty conclusion about the person concerned.
Regulatory compliance as an ethical foundation.
Strict adherence to the legal framework applicable to screening (adversarial procedure, confidentiality of results, respect for privacy) is not a constraint for us, but a condition of the trust that our clients and their employees place in us.
