What were the challenges linked to this preventive action?

Every year, prevention actions are carried out in the Sarras workshops. This year, the Louis Vuitton workshops wanted to go even further by offering a Gynecological monitoring for prevention in the company for all production employees. 

We keep repeating it, medical deserts, delays for appointments that are getting longer. Access to health is becoming more and more difficult. It is not surprising to read that one in three women have not consulted a gynecologist for two years. Organizing a business meeting has a dual objective, allowing women totalk to a healthcare professional in complete privacy and ensure preventive medical monitoring for all female pathologies. It is also a way of to raise awareness on the importance of regular medical follow-up.

What actions have been implemented with Medisur?

Each employee was invited to reserve a slot with our midwife. This health meeting preventive gynecological follow-up, included a personalized interview and a complete breast exam with a midwife, allowing each employee to take stock of their intimate health.

What were the profits of this preventive action?

Facilitating access to workplace healthcare is essential to strengthen employee well-being. At the same time, this raises their awareness to better preserve their health. Thanks to this type of monitoring, it is often possible to detect early disease signals. This also encourages carry out examinations more in-depth medical information.

These preventive measures as part of a company health policy have a direct impact on the HRQoL of each employee, but also on direct performance. Ultimately, these initiatives demonstrate a company's interest in the well-being of its employees, which contributes to encourage their commitment.
