Can you tell us about your activity and your commitments HRQoL?

I am HR Director for the Experf company, my primary role is to assess all the potential risks in my employees' positions but in addition to that it is to be able to act on the health of employees through prevention like OR for example. And to truly be a vector of information for my colleagues.

Created in 2008, Experf is a Home Health Provider. Today, Experf has become a key player throughout the National Territory.

Our teams work to provide the most optimal care for patients and those around them at home in order to accompany and support them in their daily lives. Each patient, each pathology is different, but our greatest strength lies in the quality of adaptation of our teams to the privacy of the patient.

For us, patients are our priority! And it’s just as much for our paramedical teams! We firmly believe that every individual deserves to be treated with respect, dignity and empathy. This is why we regularly organize awareness-raising sessions on various health topics and we offer a psychological support service. We are aware of the role of our caregivers and their daily involvement. This is why their well-being is essential!

What were your challenges linked to your prevention action?

It was our president Thierry Guillaume who had the idea of setting up this prevention event. I was immediately excited by this approach, especially since in a woman's life, we are faced with concerns about our health. Learn to know your body, learn to feel yourself. We chose the Medisur self-examination kit to raise awareness among our employees […]. We can touch, understand more easily. In addition, thanks to the interactive E-guide, each employee was able to learn independently about the key figures, the risk factors and the actions to master with the self-palpation pad.

What were the returns of your colleagues?

We have had very good feedback. The company was congratulated for this innovative approach. We support a lot of actions like Pink October, Movember, etc., but this was the first time we organized an internal event. The employees really appreciated this awareness. In addition, having a cushion and interactive content allows you to directly put the prevention actions learned into practice.

The final word for those who are still hesitant to engage in HRQoL?

Organizing an awareness campaign really makes a difference. There are no small actions. You have to start with something. The self-examination kit was a good start. We have other awareness campaigns planned, but we wanted to provide something more to our employees so that they can take control of their health. All companies should be able to contribute to the well-being of all employees.
