Confirmed marketing and communication project manager

Medisur is a start-up founded in 2015 that designs, develops and markets easy-to-use health self-tests, ranging from fertility to disease prevention (including Covid-19), as well as screening for psychotropic drugs. In 2022, Medisur has decided to launch a full range of services for companies and their employees as well as healthcare players. So that everyone can take charge of their health. 

 

To support its growth, we are looking for people with varied profiles and experiences who want to engage in a project with a real social impact. We are about fifteen in the team and are looking for our future Confirmed marketing and communication project manager full time. 

 

Directly attached to the Marketing and Communication Director, Your daily life will consist of developing and supporting the marketing, communication and digital team in the various missions of their daily life in order to promote products, services and brand.

Your role Marketing and communication project manager

_Marketing & Communications

  • Participation in the global strategy and implementation of the action plan in conjunction with the other BUs
  • Contribute to the development of various communication, sales and commercial media (print and web)
  • Set up marketing campaigns to support new product launches and/or the opening of new international markets,
  • Guarantee the respect of the visual identity and consistency of the content
  • Ensure a permanent watch: competition, trends, products, emerging health themes, national and international market, new products offered on social networks
  • Management of external service providers (SEO agency, content, printer, etc.)
  • Monitoring and participation in the organization of public and BtoB events and fairs
  • Development of trade partnerships over time
  • Develop press relations over time
  • Develop the B2B – B2B2C inbound marketing strategy over time

_Digital 

  • Administer and animate websites
  • Manage and animate social networks and blog according to editorial planning: content, community management and customer reviews
  • Plan, produce according to SEO strategy and integrate content (website, social networks, blog, (interviews, tutorials, REX)…),
  • Implementation and follow-up of Social Ads acquisition campaigns 
  • Creation and follow-up of acquisition and loyalty e-mailing campaigns (design, targeting, effectiveness measures) 
  • Analyze and measure the performance (audience, traffic, leads) of web campaigns
  • Recruit, animate and retain influencers

_Project management

  • Management of the “corporate health” project team: 
      • drafting of themes, reflection, formats
      • creation of internal and external communication media
      • organize, monitor the deployment and execution of campaigns in the field with the support of internal teams and external service providers

  • You know CMS and e-mailing tools
  • You know the acquisition tools
  • You have strong SEO skills (SEO, SEA, etc.)

Qualifications required

  • With a Masters-type higher education, you have a successful experience of at least 3 to 5 years in marketing, communication and digital
  • You are able to manage several projects simultaneously
  • You master Google Drive, WordPress, Trello, Canva tools
  • Mastery of graphic design and video editing tools is a real plus
  • You are comfortable in a start-up environment where everything goes very fast and where agility is part of our daily life
