De plus, le cancer de la prostate est la troisi\u00e8me cause de d\u00e9c\u00e8s chez l\u2019homme avec environ <\/span><b>8 000<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> d\u00e9c\u00e8s chaque ann\u00e9e en France. Il est dit qu\u2019<strong>1 homme sur 9<\/strong> d\u00e9veloppera un cancer de la prostate au cours de sa vie.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Attention : le cancer de la prostate est fr\u00e9quent mais de bon pronostic avec un taux de survie \u00e0 5 ans de plus de 90%.<\/span><\/em><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il existe maintenant des m\u00e9thodes de d\u00e9pistage fiables capables de faciliter les soins et, ainsi, d\u2019augmenter les chances de survie.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><strong>La prostate, c&#8217;est quoi ?<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La prostate est une glande pr\u00e9sente dans le syst\u00e8me reproducteur masculin. Elle a pour fonction de produire un liquide qui compose le sperme. Le cancer de la prostate se d\u00e9veloppe \u00e0 partir des cellules initialement normales de la glande prostatique. Les cellules atteintes se transforment et se multiplient de fa\u00e7on anarchique, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 former une masse : une tumeur maligne. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les sympt\u00f4mes perceptibles de ce cancer :<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fr\u00e9quente envie d\u2019uriner, en particulier la sympt\u00f4me.<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-497b300 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"497b300\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" risques<\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2a85dfc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2a85dfc\" 400;\">Le cancer de la prostate comporte plusieurs facteurs de risque en lien avec son apparition :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>L\u2019\u00e2ge<\/strong> : ce cancer concerne plut\u00f4t, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les hommes de plus de 65 ans. En effet, l\u2019\u00e2ge m\u00e9dian au diagnostic est de 68 ans. Par cons\u00e9quent, le cancer de la prostate reste exceptionnel chez les hommes plus jeunes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>L\u2019h\u00e9r\u00e9dit\u00e9<\/strong> : il est important de s\u2019int\u00e9resser \u00e0 son arbre g\u00e9n\u00e9alogique pour d\u00e9terminer les risques h\u00e9r\u00e9ditaires li\u00e9s au d\u00e9veloppement du cancer de la prostate. Les hommes qui ont un proche type p\u00e8re, grand-p\u00e8re, fr\u00e8re ou oncle ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 touch\u00e9 par le cancer de la prostate seraient concern\u00e9s par un plus gros risque de d\u00e9veloppement de la maladie. N\u00e9anmoins, selon l\u2019<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/curie.fr\/dossier-pedagogique\/cancer-de-la-prostate-les-facteurs-de-risque\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Institut Curie<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>80%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> des cancers de la prostate ne sont pas provoqu\u00e9s par un ant\u00e9c\u00e9dent familial.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>L\u2019origine ethnique<\/strong> : selon la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fondation-arc.org\/cancer\/cancer-prostate\/facteurs-risque-cancer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fondation Arc<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, l&#8217;origine ethnique a \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9e comme \u00e9tant un facteur de risque dans le d\u00e9veloppement d&#8217;un cancer de la prostate. L&#8217;incidence est \u00e9lev\u00e9e dans les Antilles fran\u00e7aises ainsi que les fran\u00e7ais originaires d&#8217;Afrique.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\" <p=\"\"><strong>L\u2019alimentation<\/strong> : un r\u00e9gime riche en graisses (notamment de viande rouge) et avec un apport insuffisant en fruits et l\u00e9gumes peut constituer une augmentation du risque de d\u00e9veloppement de cancer de la prostate chez l\u2019homme. Privil\u00e9giez plut\u00f4t les poissons et les l\u00e9gumes, typique du r\u00e9gime alimentaire m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en !<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>L\u2019environnement<\/strong> : il existe bel et un bien un facteur de risque li\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019environnement et m\u00eame \u00e9troitement li\u00e9 au domaine professionnel mais surtout \u00e0 l\u2019agriculture et \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation quotidienne de
