Marketing and Communication Officer Work-study

MEDISUR is a start-up founded in 2015 that designs, develops and markets easy-to-use health self-tests, ranging from fertility to disease prevention (including Covid-19), as well as screening for psychotropic drugs.

 

Here everything remains to be done. This is the start of a beautiful story. The most intrepid will be welcome to help us accomplish our mission! We are now fifteen in the team and are looking for a Marketing and Communications Officer alternately. 

 

Directly attached to the Marketing and Communication Director, Your daily life will consist of helping and supporting the marketing, digital and communication team in the various missions of their daily life in order to promote the products and the brand.

Your role Marketing & Communication Manager

_Lead Generation 

  • Create, configure and monitor digital acquisition campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, partnerships, etc.)
  • Implementation of e-mailing campaigns with Sendinblue (design, targeting, effectiveness measures)
  • Analyze the performance of sites and different campaigns (Ads, e-maling) and optimization
  • Reflect and propose a B2B – B2B2C inbound marketing strategy

_Website and Marketplaces

  • Manage the animation and updates of websites and affiliated marketplaces according to schedule, regular posting of content, creation of new pages and improvement of the customer journey to optimize conversion (structure / content, CTA, bounce rate)
  • Writing of various web content according to coherent SEO strategy (product sheet, blog, etc.)
  • Help track Google Ads and Social Ads campaigns
  • Control of the "e-reputation"
  • Create visuals (Adobe Suite, Canva)

 

_Marketing & Communications

  • Develop various communication, sales and commercial media (print and web)
  • Look for relevant events and partnerships (trade fairs, conferences, etc.) related to the company's activity and respecting budgets
  • Support the setting up of events and ensure their smooth running and monitor performance indicators
  • Participate in internal communication
  • Develop press relations
  • Ensure a permanent watch: competition, trends, products, emerging health themes, national and international market, new products offered on social networks

 

_Customer Success

  • Interview and write customer feedback (articles, video, etc.)

  • Bac+4/5 but it is above all your character and your state of mind that interest us!
  • You have a first experience in digital, marketing
  • You know the main CMS (WordPress, prestashop, Magento)
  • You master Google Drive, WordPress, Trello, Canva tools
  • Social networks have no secrets for you
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
  • You have a solid foundation in SEO (SEO, SEA, etc.)
